About Kristen Halverson
Kristen Halverson is the author of a 31-book illustrated children’s collection celebrating the natural world—from the sea to the savanna—and the animals we share our lives with, including beloved equines and felines. Her stories highlight courage, compassion, and wonder.
She is also a strategic leadership scholar and certified language instructor.
As a Red Cross water safety ambassador, Kristen inspires young readers to explore the world’s waters safely while fostering respect for marine life.
